Victor Solutions LLC is a micro call center that provides quality customer service to companies, mainly using the Arise Platform. Our agents are trained by the company they choose to service. They do independent research, and are constantly updating themselves on services/ or packages a company may have to offer. Our goal is to help businesses keep, and gain customers. We do this by understanding the customer's issue, and finding solutions. We make sure the customer has a clear understanding of products and services. Most importantly, we solve the problem the on the first call. Our agents are able to calm an upset customer with: empathy, kindness, and knowledge of the business they're servicing. Our agents take pride in their job, and enjoy what they do.
